I’m Trish, a proud Scots lass who, after more than 20 years in New Zealand, now considers herself part Kiwi too. I live in Northland with my husband Nick, our two fur babies, Bo and Jet, and a variety of other animals we care for through Bay of Islands Animal Rescue.
My journey into the travel industry began in 2012, working as a consultant and team leader across several Flight Centre retail stores in Auckland. In 2018, I became an independent travel agent, and in December 2023, I proudly launched my own brand, TS Travel Ltd.
Today, I specialise in luxury travel and cruising — plus rail journeys and trips built around exactly how my clients like to travel — backed by industry expertise and a genuine, well-stamped passport of my own.
Travel has taken me to 24 countries and counting. I’ve cruised the Murray River by houseboat, road-tripped across New Zealand, Australia, and the East Coast of the US to Miami, sailed the Mekong through Cambodia, wandered Tokyo and stood beneath Mt Fuji, and spent a year living in Spain’s Canary Islands.
Add safaris across South Africa and Botswana, plus a cruise through Alaska, and you’ll understand why I’m always adding to the list rather than finishing it. It also means when I recommend a destination, ship, or experience, it’s backed by first-hand knowledge — not brochure talk.
I’m proud to have been recognised within the travel industry. I’m a CLIA-accredited cruise specialist, named CLIA Cruise Broker of the Year – New Zealand at the 2025 CLIA Cruise Industry Awards, Highly Commended Travel Broker of the Year at the 2026 TAANZ NTIA Awards, and an Aussie Specialist Premier for my expertise in Australia.
